This section provides information about accessing key IT support and services for your work at Oxford. This includes guidance on secure Single Sign-On (SSO) for accessing University systems and what to do if you need to change or reset your password, how to sign into our digital services, Wi-Fi access at Oxford (including the public Wi-Fi and eduroam), the University's VPN (virtual private network), remote desktop access (CONNECT service), and using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
