How to apply

This information is primarily course-specific although includes general application information where relevant. All applicants for a particular course need to follow the same application process and should also familiarise themselves with our Guide for applicants.

Fees and funding

We don't want anyone who has the academic ability to get a place to study here to be held back by their financial circumstances. To meet that aim, Oxford offers one of the most generous financial support packages available for UK students and this may be supplemented by support from your college.

Discover how you’ll learn and be supported at Oxford, both academically and personally. From tutorials and college life to wellbeing and community, this brief introduction directs you to more detailed information about the opportunities available to you as a student.

Access Oxford

As part of our commitment to widening access, the University, our departments and colleges all run events to help you explore your options. You can talk to tutors and students, find out what studying here could be like and learn how to make a strong application. However you engage with us, you will feel more confident and informed when making your university choices.
