Manage my booking

You can pay online at the time of booking, with a credit or debit card. We also accept Purchase orders and Journal payments.

The discounted price shows at the end of the shopping basket process. If the discounted price does not show at this stage, please contact [email protected].

The dates and times of all sessions are given in the course description and are sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

The booking system is authenticated by Single Sign on. The easiest way is to ask the member of your team to book the course themselves. If this is not possible, please email [email protected] with the details and we will make the booking.

Please cancel your place in the self-service dashboard. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days.

We do not transfer bookings. You will need to cancel your booking (you will receive the applicable refund). You will need to make a new booking and payment for the next suitable date.

We will notify you of the new date for the course. If you can attend on the new date, we will rebook you. If you cannot attend, we will provide a 100% refund.

Please let the teacher know that you are leaving early. Depending on how early you leave we may not be able to issue your completion certificate.

Please contact [email protected]. We will check if the teacher can accommodate your late arrival. 

You will need to book and pay for the next suitable course date. We do not issue refunds for partial attendance, and we cannot transfer your booking to the second day of a course.

We offer our courses, Monday- Friday 9-5.

Please add yourself to the waiting list for this course date. If a course date with a place is available, we recommend that you book this course. If you are offered a place on the earlier course, please contact us and we will transfer payment.

We regularly publish new course dates. You can add yourself to our Express an interest list and we will notify you when new dates become available.
