Public consultation event on 25 Wellington Square redevelopment
The University plans to redevelop the former graduate housing at 25 Wellington Square to create high-quality, sustainable new academic space.
It also proposes to refurbish the houses along the western side of Wellington Square itself to replace the graduate accommodation that the building contained.
Staff, students and members of the public are invited to a drop-in consultation event on the project at 33-35 Little Clarendon Street (previously the Central Living furniture shop) on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 December, at 2-5pm and 10am-3pm respectively.
Everyone is very welcome to come along, find out about the plans, meet members of the project team and raise any questions or concerns.
The project will be delivered under the University’s joint venture with Legal & General, and managed by Oxford University Development (OUD). More information including PDF project boards and details of how to provide feedback will be made available on the OUD website at the time of the consultation event, and links will be added here.
