About
As a current DPhil student at the University of Oxford, Selena is designing mathematical models to better understand the relationship between metabolism and blood flow in the brain. An in-depth understanding of this relationship is key to designing treatments for brain degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
Selena is also an active member of the Rising WISE network, a community of Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) from Oxford and Cambridge promoting entrepreneurship and reinforcing connections between academia and industry.
