Jessie's research interests lie broadly in the field of anti-terrorism law, with a particular focus on oversight and review. She is currently engaged in research which evaluates the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms for review of anti-terrorism legislation, with a particular interest in the role of offices of independent review of terrorism legislation in the UK and Australia.
