In her talk, An Van Camp will explore Rembrandt’s working methods and his innovative printmaking techniques through the spectacular impressions kept at the Ashmolean.

An is the Christopher Brown Curator of Northern European Art at the Ashmolean Museum. She has curated three exhibitions and displays devoted to Rembrandt, most importantly Young Rembrandt (2020) and the UK touring exhibition Rembrandt in Print (2019-2021). In 2024 she curated the critically acclaimed exhibition Bruegel to Rubens: Great Flemish Drawings.
